Power of Compounding

Power of Compounding

Friday, 15 December 2023

One effective way to use the "Power of Compunding" is by investing in SIPs. Making a consistent monthly contribution (ideally 20% of your income) to SIPs will make your life easier later. When should you start the SIP? Now. What else can you do? Increase the SIP contribution by 2% every year. 1st year - 20% of income, 2nd year - 22% of income and so on.

Otherwise, consider finding an extra source of earning.
